What is Exagents?
Exagents is an AI marketplace: you open a store, run AI agents on the site, WhatsApp and the phone, keep conversation history, capture leads and take orders — from one login.
Will my shop look like the Exagents website?
No. These marketing pages are ours. Your shop carries your name, your look and your products — whether it lives on an Exagents address or on a custom domain of your own.
Can I use my own domain?
On Standard and Extended you can connect your own web address. Basic does not add a new custom domain; an address already connected stays. Shoppers then reach you there, and search and analytics for that shop belong to you — not to the platform homepage.
What does the chat workspace include?
Create agents, open live conversations, keep full history, manage leads, take over a chat, and connect the widget, WhatsApp or voice. Checkout still happens in your store — the customer only sees your brand.
How many AI agents can I run?
Basic includes 1 agent. Standard includes 2. Extended is unlimited — so you can staff sales, support, booking, voice and a lead agent as a team. Extra agents can also be added as an add-on on the chat side.
Which plan should I start with?
Most first stores start on Basic: a 7-day trial, one agent, history and leads. Move to Standard for a second agent and more messages. Choose Extended when you want a full unlimited team and a busy inbox.
If I connect my own domain, do my limits change?
No. Agents, messages and storage follow the plan, not the address. The domain only changes how people find you.
How quickly can I open a store?
Signing up is short. If the products are ready, you can publish a catalog, turn on an agent, and go live the same day.
How will people find me on Google?
While the shop is on an Exagents address, Google sees it as part of the platform. After you connect your own domain, the shop is indexed as your site. We never mix one shop’s pages into another.
How do I get in touch?
Use the contact form or email support@exagents.ai. A short note on what you sell — and whether you are opening a new store, moving an existing one, or adding an agent — is enough.
