You pay for the store and the chat workspace together: agents, inbox, history, leads. You do not buy a second product just to talk to customers. A new custom domain is on Standard and Extended — it does not change the rest of the plan, only the address shoppers type.
The trial is only on Basic. After seven days an unpaid trial stops; a paid Basic continues. Standard and Extended start as soon as you choose them.
Basic if this is the first store and you want the trial with one agent. Standard when a second agent or more chats matter. Extended when you want an unlimited team — a full sales desk in chat. Unsure — write to us.
